Making TDK Trilogy

When director Christopher Nolan agreed to take on the Batman reboot, little did audiences know what was coming. No one was quite prepared for just how much this trilogy would change cinema.

Starting with Batman Begins, Nolan decided to focus on an origin story, in a way never truly seen before with comic book characters. The film was grounded in reality, and by the end we understood the reasons for Bruce Wayne inventing a new persona for himself.

Following the first film, was a comic book movie like no other, The Dark Knight. It was super visual, emotionally engaging, full of story twists, and contained some of the best acting ever seen in a blockbuster. It was a game changing movie.

The final part of the trilogy, The Dark Knight Rises took the ambition of its predecessors to new places.

In this official documentary from Warner Bros, the studio behind the trilogy, they lift the lid on the making of it, with exclusive clips and techniques from Nolan himself.
