Making Everything Everywhere

Directors Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert began working on this feature in 2010. It was released twelve years later. Both directors had been offered some big projects in the interim, especially from Disney+ but they declined to focus on this passion project.

The movie shot for 38 days under the wing of A24 who financed and distributed the movie. Timing was on their side, as they wrapped in early March 2020, right before the pandemic.

Upon release, Everything Everywhere All at Once wowed the critics and went on to win 7 Oscars, including Best Picture.

In this documentary, the directors join the cast and crew for a full insight into how the Oscar-winner was made.
